Employers can submit monthly contribution reports online through ESS - Employer Self Service Portal. To register call your account representative at (630) 236-5100.

Your representative can:

• Give you more details about ESS.
• Coordinate phone training, demonstrate the data entry process and available reports.
• Coordinate your secure logon and password.

The user-friendly ESS online site gives you screens with the familiar look and feel of your paper contribution report. But instead of manual records, you can now enter information electronically.

• Once you enter the appropriate data, the Edit Report lets you double check your information.
• The site automatically calculates your due amounts.
• You have easy access to a finalized Work Report and a permanent log of your submissions.
• Once you submit the monthly contribution report, an automatic email notifies UNITE HERE HEALTH that your report has been sent. No more postage and no more delays!
• Your personal logon and password ensure security.
• For questions about Employer access to the Fund website, call your Account Representative.
